Organic gluten- and dairy- free coconut custard pie

Coconut flour, coconut sugar, coconut milk, and shredded coconut create a decadent coconut custard pie. Crust is made from coconut flour and coconut oil. Eggs, vanilla & raw honey round out the recipe. This was a test kitchen recipe building experiment and it worked! I will either bring this pie to Thanksgiving or make slight adjustments to the recipe by adding puréed pumpkin to make it a pumpkin pie.
