Hot quinoa cereal with blueberries
Holy smokes, was this good! And it seriously took me about 2 minutes to make.
I used left over quinoa and heated it up with some unsweetened almond milk, a touch of local raw honey, a sprinkle of cinnamon and threw in some frozen organic blueberries. Yowza! I’m not sure you can even call this cooking! But it was delish!
… Just remembered that I loosely got this idea from glutenismybitch. Had seen it on her site and it must have subconsciously latched onto my brain. Good stuff!
