Ain’t nothing like soup!

Your grandma was right. Soup heals. Not only can it be healthy and chock full of nutrients, but it gives you a chance to work your creative cooking stilo.

Tonight I made a simple, old-school chicken soup. How can something so simple be that good?!

But the point is, don’t sleep on soups. And please don’t buy soup! Make your own and control what’s in there! Prepared soups are usually full of yucky additives and inhuman levels of sodium. Plus, soup is so easy to make, requires few dirty dishes, and you are only limited by your imagination.

Now go work that stock pot!
