Piña para la Niña Smoothie

We had an indulgent breakfast and will be having a roast for dinner, so what better lunch than fresh, raw, whole fruits and vegetables blended to perfection.

This smoothie’s got anti-inflammatory properties and is chock full of magnese, vitamins C & B, rich in phytonutrients & antioxidants, and a flavonoid called syringic acid which may help regulate blood sugar.

Blend up the following fresh, organic ingredients with some water and serve over ice.
