Raspberry sorbet (df, vegan, aip, paleo) with gluten-free animal crackers

A quick and easy dessert for the fam. I zipped up my famously easy fruit sorbet using a frozen organic fruit of choice, a splash of water and local raw honey. Topped with shredded coconut. That was good enough for me. For Miss L and the hubs, an added gluten-free cookie treat.
