Slow cooker pot roast with root veg over mashed sweet potatoes (gf, paleo, aip, whole 30)

So yum. And really not much to say here.

Grass-fed pastured roast in a slow cooker with onions, carrots, celery, leeks, chard, garlic, cabbage, & radishes (instead of potatoes, thank you, Jo Hannah for that amazing idea!) seasoned with salt, pepper, oregano and a little cumin.

Served over mashed sweet potatoes.
Hearty & delicious!
