Grass-fed sliders on tostones (paleo, aip)

These mini burgers are grass-fed organic sirloin seasoned with garlic, cumin, salt and pepper.

Instead of bread or even my yummy chickpea flatbread that I so adore (still doing the grain-free thang right now) I decided to put the burger on tostones as the bun.

Topped with a fried egg, some sliced radish instead of the nightshade tomato, avocado (not pictured), and chimichurri (AIP adjusted) instead of nightshade ketchup.

Recipe for tostones and chimichurri is forthcoming…if you’re hungry for it…?
