Coconuts can boost cardiovascular health

I’ve been using lots of coconut cream and dried coconut but coconut oil is something I’ve avoided a bit bc I’ve experienced some nausea. Petra from Petra8Paleo told me it is actually quite common and she just worked her way slowly towards acclimation. This made me think about how a little bit didn’t seem to hurt me but just the few times I had a ton I got really sick. So I read up a little more. With the fat-boosting properties and the anti-inflammatory proprieties, I’ve decided to try a teaspoon a day per AIP & Wahl plans.
