Happy Wednesday! Spent a busy weekend celebrating my daughter’s birthday and enjoying time with family in from out of town. After the party madness fun, lots of grillin’ and chillin’. And yes, some cocktails. 😉
I give you butterflied grilled whole chicken. Before grilling, I marinate in Apple cider vinegar, olive oil, turmeric, cumin, garlic, salt and pepper.
And grilled bok choy with a coconut amino mustard vinaigrette dressing.
