It’s become a birthday tradition to get this amazing passionfruit tart for the hub’s bday from a favorite bakery in our NYC hood. Since we don’t live there anymore, and don’t eat like that anymore, I decided to try to remake this special treat. I essentially used my lemon tart recipe but just used passion fruit pulp instead of citrus. The result was a tangy, creamy grainfree passionfruit tart for the hub’s bday. Healthy eating wins again! 🙂
And while I was baking away, I made this yummy cocktail using leftover passion fruit pulp, mangos and gf vodka.
